Randolph Cassells, known as DJ Dolph, was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Having lived across multiple regions growing up, he brings a global perspective to his sound and now resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a strong presence in Park City’s luxury event scene.
Since 1997, Dolph has been immersed in music—collecting, studying, and refining a deep, eclectic catalog that now defines his signature open-format style. Known for his ability to read the room and deliver the right energy at the right time, his sets move seamlessly from refined cocktail environments to high-energy dance floors—consistently keeping guests engaged and the experience elevated.
Now over 17 years into his career as a full-time DJ, Dolph has become a nationally recognized name in luxury corporate events, private celebrations, and high-profile activations. His versatility has made him a trusted choice for audiences of all demographics, across every type of event environment.
THE WORK
Dolph’s career spans hundreds of events annually across North America and international destinations, including Cabo, Costa Rica, Italy, Canada, Mexico, The Bahamas, and beyond. His client list includes global brands and organizations such as Bank of America, Sony Pictures, Sundance Institute, Bravo TV, American Express, Tiffany & Co., Apple TV+, and Acura.
He has performed at premier events including the NBA All-Star Weekend, SXSW, Sundance Film Festival activations, and the ROTH Conference in Laguna Niguel, while also maintaining a strong presence in destination weddings and luxury resort programming.
On stage, Dolph has shared lineups or opened for artists including John Legend, The Chainsmokers, Jason Derulo, Wiz Khalifa, Ciara, Boyz II Men, Weezer, Zara Larsson, and more recently Alesso, Goo Goo Dolls, Thomas Rhett, and Third Eye Blind.
RECENT MOMENTUM
In recent seasons, Dolph has continued to expand his footprint across high-end corporate and brand activations. His work includes multiple events for Sundance Institute, Dropbox, Audible, Variety, and Acura during Sundance, along with luxury activations for Range Rover and High West in Deer Valley.
He continues to work closely with leading production and event partners including Summit DMC, RMC DMC, Webb Production, and EPI Events, delivering experiences that range from multi-day conferences to curated private events.
HOME BASE
In Park City, Dolph is a staple of the luxury event scene, with performances at the Vintage Room at St. Regis Deer Valley, Promontory Club, Montage Deer Valley, and Deer Valley Resort. He also maintains a residency presence tied to the RE: Fine lounge concept and continues to be a go-to DJ for high-end events throughout Utah and beyond.
