THE MAN
Randolph Cassells, known as DJ DOLPH, was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Growing up in three different parts of the world, he now resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, and holds residencies in Park City, Utah, at The Downstairs, Pendry Hotels & Westgate Park City.
Since 1997, Dolph has been collecting and discovering eclectic styles of music, developing one of the most unparalleled and animated DJ sets in the industry. DOLPH is guaranteed to have the dance floor packed and every person in attendance smiling. His knowledge of musical genres and ability to play to any crowd has helped him become a rising star on the music scene and a regularly requested talent across the globe.
DJ Dolph is entering his 17th year as a full-time professional DJ. Through his experience playing such events as A-list parties during the Sundance Film Festival, weekend nights at popular nightclubs/lounges, intimate wedding receptions, and Fortune 500 company parties, he has acquired the knowledge and ability to play to any crowd of any demographic with any musical preference.
In 2017, he entertained events alongside John Legend, Colbie Caillat, The Chainsmokers, Jason Derulo, Ke$ha, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Miguel, Wiz Khalifa, and X Ambassadors. He has traveled throughout North America, with events in Cabo, Jackson Hole, Laguna Beach, Los Angeles, Napa Valley, New Orleans, OBX, and Toronto. He's worked for companies such as Bank of America, DOMO, Kyani, NuSkin, Pluralsight, St. Regis, ROTH Capital, The Ritz-Carlton, Montage, The Grand America, Sony Pictures, Sundance Institute, Turner Broadcasting, UCLA, Viacom, Webb, and Wyoming Whiskey.
In 2018, he DJed 100+ events, including Bank of America's Winter Summit, DocuSign Momentum 2018, Domopalooza, NADA Las Vegas, Red White & Snow Gala, ROTH Capital Conference, Sundance 2018, and the Uncle Drew movie premiere. As well as opened shows for Adventure Club, Capital Cities, Joan Jett, Michael Franti, Ne-Yo, Pat Benatar, Rob Thomas, & more. Throughout the year, he entertained events in Canada, Costa Rica, Crete, Italy, Jackson Hole, Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York, and San Francisco.
In 2019, he DJed 150+ events, including Bank of America's Winter Summit, Club 2020 Bahamas, Pluralsight Live, Domopalooza, NADA San Francisco, Silicon Slopes, Red White & Snow Gala, YSA Gala, ROTH Capital Conference, Sundance 2019, and Wyoming Whiskey's Ski-Town Bartender Shootout. As well as opened shows for Ciara, Boyz II Men, Lil' Jon, Weezer, Zara Larsson & more. During the summer through the end of 2019, he was non-stop with events in The Bahamas, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Jackson Hole, San Francisco, Carmel, Park City, and Victor.
2020 was a significant change for everyone because of the global pandemic. Thankfully, DJ Dolph remained innovative and went virtual with boundary-pushing performances for Pluralsight, Webb, Yonique, NAC, and more. He also DJed at Downstairs, Park City, for his weekly winter residency lounge concept Re: Fine on Thursday nights and one monthly weekend night performance. Big thanks to Harvest Moon Events, The Scout Group, Red Ledges, and Stein Ericksen for putting together incredible in-person events with social distancing in mind to make them safe for all guests.
2021 has been very optimistic for live events again for DJ Dolph. He's started the year with events for the CAF Foundation, doTerra, Protegrity, Obversepoint, and the ROTH Capital Virtual Conference.
The New Normal. Summer & Fall of 2021 was zero to 💯 real quick for the entertainment industry. Innovative experiences returned to live experiences, and he was humbled by how quickly it all happened—DJing many events from Aspen, Jackson, Spokane, Orange County, Park City, and more. First, we want to thank his team for such a fantastic job helping Dolph provide top-notch parties for clients from Hawaii to NYC in his absence. Secondly, It was a pleasure to entertain and work alongside Arbor Crest Winery, American Express, Bravo Network, Bluebird DMC, Blue Sky Ranch, Cornerstone A/V, Cloudveil, Diamond Cross Ranch, Elephant Cooperation Anti Gala, Empire Lodge DV, Fancy Events, Harvest Moon Events, High West, Jackson Hole Country Club, Lisa Mack Events, Live PC Give PC, Manito Country Club, Michelle Leo Events, Montage DV, RBR, Red Ledges, RHOSLC, ROTH Capital, Silicon Slopes, St. Regis Deer DV, Viceroy Snowmass, Utah Film Studios, and all the fabulous private events clients.
2022 was a momentum year for DJ Dolph and live events. He started the year's first half with a global trotting schedule in Dallas, Jackson, Miami, Orange County, Park City, Puerto Rico, and many other beautiful locations. The list of clients for that period was 97th Floor, 350 Main, Blue Sky Auberge & Ranch, Bravo TV, Cole Sport, Crown Council, LA28 Games, Lisa Mack Events, MG Fund, Mountain Land Design, National Ability Center, Observepoint, Onyx Lounge, and the launch event for Pendry Park City. In addition, he entertained events for Red Ledges, Rivers Bottom Ranch, ROTH Capital, Star Bar Park City, South Towne, Talisker Club, Team USA, The Spur, The Scout Group, Victory Ranch, Vida Tequila, Webb Productions, Westgate, and lavish private events.
The second half of the year was just as exciting. The events continued in Aspen, Atlanta, Jackson, Los Angeles, Montana, Park City, Washington, and many other breathtaking locations. He entertained 4life, Apple TV+, Bluebird DMC, Canvas Event Design, Compound Solutions, Gilead Sciences, High West, LME, Magnolia Ranch, Michelle Leo Events, Promontory Club, Protegrity, Red Ledges, Soirée Productions, StubHub, Summit Events DMC, Westgate, Wild Rose, YSA Park City, and many awe-inspiring private event clients. He was overjoyed to work alongside these impressive companies and coordinated groups. It was an incredible year that ended with a New Year's Celebration at Kimball Terrace.
2023 was a whirlwind, filled with high-energy performances starting with the NBA All-Star Weekend, moving on to headline events like the ROTH Conference in Laguna Niguel, where he set the stage for Machine Gun Kelly and Mike Posner. His journey continued with standout moments at the SXSW premiere of Apple TV's “Tetris," the "Extrapolations" premiere in LA, and exclusive events for prestigious brands like Tiffany's. He was privileged to collaborate with industry giants such as Canyons, Citadel, and Bravo TV, enhancing events from corporate gatherings to private celebrations across diverse locations. The year was marked by over 80+ events, including the Season 2 Premiere of ATV+'s "The After-Party" in LA, transforming weddings into magical moments in partnership with Melissa Fancy Events and Michelle Leo Events, among others. His efforts also extended to fundraising for causes like the Boys and Girls Club of America, showcasing his talent at renowned venues like the Promontory Beach Club and Westgate Park City. Immense thanks to all partners, clients, and venues, from Summit DMC to Webb Productions, for a year of unforgettable experiences and collaborations.
